Great Wolf Lodge | Concord

So far our family vacation is going great. I can definitely say Great Wolf Lodge is family fun which is much needed and appreciated these days. The rooms are large and the staff is accommodating. WEIRD THING IS... You pay loads of money to stay at the lodge but you're not allowed to take towels from the water park area to your room. Going from 84°F pool room to air conditioning hallways doesn't feel very great. Hope there are future improvements in the towel arrangements in the future. The minor setbacks I see are wear and tear in the rooms. Water damage around tub and base board. Looks like there have been previous repair work. Did not see number on the room phone to contact front desk. Making extra trip to walk to front desk at night. Would these set backs keep from bringing the family again. No, the over all family fun does exceed here and would recommend coming again.

We stayed one night at Great Wolf Lodge and overall had a great time, especially for kids. The slides were fun, and the Adventure Pass was a solid value — it included the ropes course, mini golf, laser tag, gemstone mining, VR play, and unlimited bowling (shorter lanes, which actually worked great so all the kids could enjoy it). A special shoutout to Sakii in the gemstone mining area — she was absolutely wonderful with my two daughters (ages 11 and 9). She was kind, patient, and took the time to help them understand everything and choose their stones. My girls were raving about their gemstones all night and said it was one of their favorite parts of the trip. One thing that really needs attention is parking. Even though we stayed only one night, we were charged the parking fee three separate times, which was frustrating and unexpected. The arcade has gotten very expensive. I remember when games were a quarter or fifty cents — now many are $2–$3 per play, which adds up fast. On the plus side, being allowed to bring outside food and drinks into the water park was awesome — especially since most food options inside (other than pizza) are pretty overpriced. At the end of the day, ask your kids if they’d rather have $500 cash for their birthday or one night at Great Wolf Lodge — I still think they’d choose the lodge every time. And honestly, that’s what matters.

We visited Great Wolf Lodge for a day pass, and it was absolutely worth it! Even though we didn't stay overnight, we felt like we got the full experience. What We Loved: The Atmosphere: The indoor water park area was nice and warm, which made jumping in and out of the pools much more comfortable. No shivering here! Cleanliness: I was really impressed with how well-maintained everything was. The entire facility was very clean, which is always a top priority for us. The Wave Pool: This was definitely a highlight—it was awesome and provided hours of entertainment. The Slides: The water slides were incredibly fun and well worth the wait. Bottom line: Whether you’re staying for a week or just dropping in for the day, it’s a blast for the whole family. We’ll definitely be back!

Our family had a great time at the Concord Great Wolf Lodge! We will likely go back again someday, as long as we get another good deal. My only complaint is that the water in the toddler area was super cold on our check out day. We were only there for one night, so we only had two days to enjoy the water park. The first day the water was pleasantly warm, and my little ones had a blast! The second day, they wouldn’t even go in the water. It was freezing, which was evidenced by the fact that hardly any children (or parents) were in the water. This was a bummer, as that is really the only area the little ones can freely enjoy. I’m not sure why it was like that, or how often it happens, but it would have been a huge disappointment if it were like that both days. Other than that, great experience!

We recently visited Great Wolf Lodge in Concord, and it was such a fun and exciting experience for both kids and adults! It’s truly a perfect getaway spot for families and even groups of friends. The indoor water park is the biggest highlight. It’s full of thrilling water slides, splash zones, a lazy river, and different types of rides that keep everyone entertained for hours. The temperature inside is comfortable, so you can enjoy the water activities without worrying about the weather outside. Kids absolutely love it, and even adults can join in on the fun! The rooms at the lodge are spacious, clean, and comfortable. After spending the day at the water park, it’s really nice to relax in cozy rooms. The lodge atmosphere itself feels lively and family-friendly. They also have gift shops, arcades, and multiple food options inside the resort. The food tastes pretty good, and it’s convenient to have everything available in one place without needing to step out. Overall, Great Wolf Lodge in Concord is a wonderful place for a family outing or weekend trip. If you’re looking for a place where kids can have nonstop fun and adults can enjoy along with them, this is definitely a great choice!

Had my daughter’s 8th birthday here over the weekend. And I will say the ladies who checked us in very sweet nice and welcoming!! And Maria was one of the host for my daughter’s party she was awesome we loved her/ Also my daughter enjoyed her Dunkin’ doughnuts Maria that really made her day. We enjoyed the Buffet breakfasts and all the games. The game room manager also made my daughter’s birthday special as well. We can’t wait to come back and visit. As a first time guest for birthday party and stay we were very impressed and it was a great experience all around!!

Went here while in Charlotte with a day pass and had a blast swimming! My daughter loved the wave pool! We also stopped by the arcade on the way out. The pricing is high but the staff made up for it! The lady with the tattoos, told me her name was Destiny, was phenomenal. She helped me understand more about the games and was so good with my daughter. The prize room staff was also kind and helpful! My daughter left with a handful of stuffed animals and candy, it was pricey but well worth the experience!

We had a blast. We enjoy spending a day or two here at GWL. The amenities are great. Obviously the waterpark is a big draw and always fun for our son. My favorite part of our stay was the huge hot tub in our room. We could fit the whole family. All 3 of us. My son and I spent a lot of time chilling in the hot tub. 3 months after our son was born we came here for a few days. So it holds a lot of memories for us. The staff are always super friendly. Rooms are spacious. Excellent place to stay. Thanks for the wonderful service.
